We don't ever want to have to evict someone. So, we are willing to rent something below market value to get a really good tenant. $1995 is moderately below market value for this house. And we'll reduce the rent another $25 per month just for setting up direct deposit or bill-pay (making the rent $1970/month). We promise to never deposit the check before the 2nd of the month.
