Adorable, vintage third floor apartment. Very quiet house. Great for UCONN students to share, or for one person or couple. The apartment is very clean and consists of: Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bath. Nice size pantry. Small landing with private outdoor staircase. (As well as indoor staircase of course!) There is a large shared front porch. There is a washer/dryer hookup in the basement and there is off street parking. Cat's are OK! Sweet apartment. Great landlords! There are other UCONN students on the first and second floors. This again is a quiet house, no loud noise or loud parties are allowed. Snow removal and lawn maintenance done by landlord. Owner pays water/sewer. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas.
