Lease duration one year from time of signing with ability to negotiate subletting. Lease is per room. it is $660 per bed room. if you wish to rent out two room you would pay the $1320 for both rooms. Pet policy: keep pet clean, bathed, nails trimmed if in shared spaced. clean up after pet in litterbox or in shared backyard. if your pet ruins a piece of furniture you will be required to replace or compensate the roommate who owns said furniture. If something breaks in the communal area the tenants will split the maintenance if something in your space breaks you will be responsible for it.
