The backyard is not fenced in. Security cameras on property. Lawn care and utilities included in rental price. Property is on septic tank that's been recently repaired and absolutely no paper products are to be flushed, nor grease etc.. poured down drains. If there is an issue with clogged pipes from tenant disregarding this, tenant may be held responsible for any damage and fees associated with repairs.
