This apartment is perfect for a single person. The patio and pool are available to all tenants. The property has a barbeque and the property is on site. This home contains a full size oven, stove top, and refrigerator. It is a great place to come home to for some piece and quiet. You can walk everywhere. Bars, banks, laundry, coffee and groceries are within blocks of your home. There are two large covered areas, and there is room for parking, and storage. Water, septic and garbage are all included. This house is behind the main structure but is still very private. The manager who lives in the main house will help with any onsite issues (which we have never had).
