First of all some people dont realize the value of their property. This unit has a Zestimate way less than other property around it because I got a deal on it. When I did my private estimate which considers the last 4 sales at this complex, it was over $50000 higher than the zestimate and the unit is every bit as nice as my #53 which has a 134K Zestimate. Its only issue, I bought it from a seller who wanted rid of it, it never really made it to the market, the guy was a friend of mine and accepted a cash offer for waaay too cheap a price, his error, not the units. Exactly the same as #53, yet valued massively less. Inside is nice. Tremendous Lake View of The Point and main channel. Rented for 1300 a month. I rented to a friend for $900 and he subleased for $1300. Really nice inside. Closed Nov 30th and guy gave it to me for $93500, one beside of it which was way rougher sold for $110000 a month/two later, plus he has already spent 60000 remodeling it, may end up being a $200K unit. Proud to have mine in the condition its in for the price. Amazing views upstairs and down. Whatever #53 is worth, 43 is as well, they are matching units within 50 yards of one another. My friend shouldnt have sold so cheap, but I had cash and he wanted out. Always time to buy.
