We are on a quiet cul de sac street and quiet cove surrounded by single-family homes and are only .5 mile to Hwy 44 where all of the shops and restaurants are located. At the dock, the water is perfect for fishing or swimming as it is 18 feet deep! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, an electric range, and a microwave to use if you choose to cook during your stay. The kitchen and living room feature stunning views of the lake and yard. The interior of the home has been freshly painted, with new decor, new linens, new furniture, and new sheets and towels. The driveway can accommodate at least 4 cars. We will consider your 4 legged family members on a case-by-case basis and a $350 pet fee. Please tell us about your pup. We will consider up to 2 dogs and kindly ask that no dogs are allowed in or on any of the beds or furniture. Guests are invited to rent pontoons, ski boats, jet skis, kayaks, canoes and fishing boats from nearby Oconee Wild or Young Harris Watersports.
