It has awesome views from all windows, tons of natural light, a large patio, huge bathroom, walk in closet, it still looks brand new in here, and is a top floor corner unit at the end of the hallway with lots of privacy. The gym is on the first floor in this building also. Amazon lockers, easy parking and a lake to take walks around (especially if you have pets). You can walk to all of the downtown restaurants as well. This is located in The Nolen Apartments, and it's only a four year old building. Full size stackable washer and dryer in the apartment. I am moving and would like to find someone to take over the remainder of my lease. It ends on 7/31/22. This will be a 9 month lease, and you can re-sign if you would like to stay longer. If the management put this unit back on the market, the current rent price would be close to $2000 a month and you would sign a one year lease. If you take over the remainder of my lease then you get it at the same rate that I started with at $1650 a month. There is a $65 a month fee that you pay additionally for the wi-fi, valet trash. You will pay utilities (water and electric) separately as well. If you have pets you will have to pay an extra deposit for that. (FYI - There is NO smoking anywhere on the property) You will have to apply and get approved with the The Nolen office as you normally would at any apartment complex. I am flexible on the move in date.
