Nice little house under some very shady trees. Has a metal roof so no worries about a new one for a long time. Has a screened in back porch. New A/C August 2018. Water Filtration System installed 11/27/2018 It is a no hassle water filter for iron. It runs at 4:00 A.M. (silently I may add), and only has to have it looked at once a year (about $40) to keep the warranty on it (10 years). New jet water pump 11/25/2019. New foot valve and pipes on 11/29/2019. New electrical switch board on the water pump 07/21/21. Needless to say, your complete water system has been replaced, and is now under warranty. So no worries there.
