It's a nice tiny private place right in the middle of downtown. You can literally walk to everything. It's perfect for one person. Because you have neighbors on all sides. You need to be quiet. Everyone is real dog friendly around here. It would be a great place for a grad student who just needs a cheap, quiet place to live and who doesn't mind weekend gardening. It's a 6-month lease. You have to pay for your own electricity which also covers heat. You get your own internet, you can choose your own company and it's up to you to deal with it. You can share trash unless there's too much and you need to get your own. You have to like gardening. The place is tiny but there is a garden that is about five times as big as the studio. It's very important that you keep up on it and don't let it go wild.
