This house sits in East foothills of San Jose and has a huge back yard. We loved our stay in this house as it is only 15 mins away from San Jose and 20 mins away from Santana Row. This house originally had 4 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms was converted to den area to use as a study/office room. Trash will be paid for by Owner. Water & Electricity will be responsibility of tenant.
