We have just recently completed construction and have availability for WEEKLY beginning in mid August, (or some monthly rentals - please see our current calendar availability on the link below. There are sweeping panoramic floor to ceiling views from both Living areas AND Master BR. When you step inside it truly takes your breath away and you feel as if you are on a luxury ocean liner with the unobstructed and unlimited ocean views. We are located DIRECT Oceanfront in the quaint coastal town of Ormond by the Sea, 5 minutes north of Daytona, 40 mins S. of St. Augustine and approx. 60 mins NE of Orlando. You have the proximity but escape all the crowds and congestion of the "touristy" sections. Everything is brand new with totally renovations down to the bare studs! There is a *very large* gorgeous oceanfront pool that is directly on the Private beach right outside your door. We have beach and pool items that you are completely welcome to use including beach chairs, towels, skim/boogie boards etc. Also we have hairdryers, full size washer and dryer etc.. Just bring YOU! A Publix grocery store is within walking distance and many wonderful restaurants, shops etc are walking or short biking distance. There is a fabulous homemade doughnut shop just down the street but you have to get there early before the locals grab them up ;) **We also love to visit the farmers markets in the town square and bring back fresh oranges and grapefruit to juice (we have an electric juicer in the kitchen).** **We are a 100% smoke free (including the balcony) no pet rental.
