Welcome to The Bauhaus, a newly remodeled (2019) large 650 sqft apartment conveniently located in the heart of South Park, in South Seattle. We are pet friendly property, and specifically cater to digital nomads, traveling nurses or any guests seeking a furnished rental. Also, we are pet friendly property meaning all of our units in our fourplex are pet friendly. We welcome responsible pet owners, and offer many amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Here are just some of the amenities we offer, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, free onsite parking, high speed WIFI, and much more. Read below for additional details. Interior design We feel like design is an important element in enjoying your space. Rather than a "hodge podge" of furniture placed together my wife and I have carefully designed each space to make it as functional and comfortable as possible. The Bauhaus incorporates a mix of Mid Century Modern, Bohemian, Modern, and Contemporary design aesthetics. Sound asleep: We feel like sleep is the most important aspect of every stay, and we have thoughtfully picked out the best linens, bed and memory foam mattress in order to provide a great sleep experience. Each bedroom, includes organic cotton/bamboo linens, 12 inch memory foam mattress and four medium to firm pillows. Also, included are two night stands, two table lamps, an extra plush blanket, blackout blinds, white noise machine, disposable earplugs, usb cord, and power strips for charging your devices. A fully equipped kitchen Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect in your own home. All the basic kitchenware, drinkware, as well as ceramic pots and pans to make healthy meals. We also include a coffee maker, tea kettle and Keurig single serve appliance for those who prefer convenience. See pictures for what all is provided for your stay. Additional amenities: Dedicated workspace - we provide a sit and stand desk with ergonomic desk chair for your convenience. Outdoor private patio equipped with bistro table and two chairs so you can enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine outside. High Speed Internet We offer complementary high speed WIFI with your stay. In-unit Front Load Washer and Dryer Free onsite parking in the parking lot Weekly and monthly cleanings are available. Additional information can be provided by the host. Fully enclosed side yard This side yard is great for pets to run and play. This bring their pets so don't be surprised to see other dogs here as well. Black out blinds and curtains for privacy and shade for those who day sleep. Location: This quiet neighborhood, in South Park, is also close to restaurants, bars/breweries, coffee shops, and sport venues. In general, we prefer a minimum of 3 months but are flexible and these terms are up negotiable. We can also rent by day or week.
