Rent for High Season, January through March, is $4,500 per month. Rent for April and May is $4,000. Rent is negotiable for longer term. Lease terms less than 6 months and one day are subject to applicable state and city sales tax. Must abide by Sugar Sands "Rules We Live By." All applicants will require a non-reimbursable fee for application which is processed by the Condo Association Management Company. Full background check is performed by the Condominium Association.
