    Ground floor corner unit in Villa Milan Condominiums located on Lake Seminole. Almost completely renovated in late 2015 (except for bathroom), new water heater and a/c unit since 2017. Beautiful kitchen with quality solid wood construction cabinets, quartz countertop, SS appliances. Upgraded windows (4) in unit and plenty of natural light from the east, west, south. Walking distance to the new Seminole City Center and next to Aldi's. Only 3-4 miles to the beaches! Assigned parking spot close to your front door. Note that there is no in-unit washer/dryer. There are several machines on site. Also, when the condo was renovated in 2015, I opted to replace the dishwasher with a stack of wide drawers and lower corner cabinet w/lazy Susan. This condo does not have a dishwasher. Well maintained property with a heated pool which can be enjoyed year round. Max of two persons in a one-bedroom. The first and only tenants since it was renovated six years ago are finding themselves having to move back north and will be out August 15th. I can show it after that. Owner pays condo fees which includes water, trash, basic cable. I maintain an a/c service contract for preventative maintenance 2x/year. Management company rules does not allow pets of any kind (except for documented service animals so must provide proof). Non-smoking preferred. First & last month and $500 security due at signing.
