There is a full kitchen, private bath with shower, and a private entrance with a large covered patio. There is storage for outdoor toys, but the living space is small so it is only suitable for one person. This spot is ideal for the outdoor enthusiast who needs a simple, cozy space to sleep. The apartment is furnished with a double futon, breakfast table and chairs, coffee maker, toaster, and other kitchen items (i.e. dishes, silverware, etc...). $675 a month includes wi-fi, water and garbage. There is no laundry. Electricity is tenant's responsibility. Reference check and credit check required. One year lease and then month to month if desired. Available October 1st.
