It is conveniently located right off Highway 144 for easy access; 5 minutes from Grounded in Glen Rose and 18 minutes from the Granbury Walmart. Enjoy the country lifestyle and views without the isolation or long commute. This one-bedroom cottage features a full kitchen with appliances (fridge, range, microwave) connecting with a small living area with a fold-out couch for your guests. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and full-size vanity. There is a laundry nook in the hallway with an all-in-one (stack style) washer and dryer. The Birdsong is heated and cooled by two mini split systems (so you can close the bedroom door and still get air). Tenants are welcome to stroll around the property and enjoy the front acreage (back acreage with approval from main house tenants). The property is fenced, but not dog-proof and the cottage does not have its own fenced yard. Pets are negotiable with a non-refundable deposit and breed restrictions.
