This home is inhabited by an elderly person who has let the cats destroy the entire 2nd floor (bedroom 3 & 4) and the dining room and bedroom#2. It needs to be gutted. Sadly it was beautiful once... Probably needs to be taken down to frame. The resident won't allow anyone to help. A historical beauty that dimentia victimized.
