Needs some TLC. The land is actually 14.78 acres and has spring fed creek running through it, into small pond. Dam needs some work and could make pond bigger. Mostly wooded and brush on land but has a small piece cleared behind house. One bathroom had a flood so sub flooring needs to be replaced and vanity/sink. Kitchen has a roof leak. The metal roof was put on about 4 yrs ago but was not properly installed and all paint chipped off a couple months later. Needs new front and back doors, one window busted out and boarded up. Ac unit outside was replaced about 4-5 yrs ago, inside unit replaced about 2 yrs ago.
