Very quiet and clean. Neighbors are friendly. Many, many trees. Newly poured street. We would sit on our front porch every morning, have coffee and listen to the birds. Our house is in a park setting leading back to the Black River. We found that the area is a great place to raise children. Less than 10 minutes from the Elyria Memorial Hospital, Cleveland Clinic extension, I-480 access, and a new Walmart and Drug Mart. Less than 15 minutes from Lorain County Community College, two public libraries, major shopping mall, movie theaters and restaurants.
