Beautiful and cozy 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom ranch style home. There is a nice living room, dining room, kitchen and nice outdoor patio with inside access. Amazing natural lighting in the house. More about the house: has central air/heat, house wired for satellite TV and DSL . There is a big storage closet near the patio and a storage shed in the carport area. The neighborhood is very green with lots of walkways etc. Also, house has access to a clubhouse for parties / rec room, 2 swimming pools, kiddie pool, and Hot Tub. All outdoor areas are maintained by the HOA. Pets are allowed for sure as long they are not exotic (snakes, etc). There is a two car carport so guaranteed parking, but there is also plenty of open parking which always seem to be available. LOCATION: close to the I-15 & 163. The house is about one mile from Home Depot, Vons, Ralph, Albertsons, Best Buy, Edwards Cinema, 24 Hour Fitness, Bally's Gym and plenty of restaurants. Preference given to longer term contracts. House would be available starting in July Some more details: Security: There is HOA security from 9 am morning to 2 am in the morning. These guys ride around in the golf cart to make sure everything is ok, and can be called on the phone if needed.
