The Mesquite Ranch Homeowners Association was incorporated in 2001 and set up to provide architectural control of the subdivision and maintenance of the community common areas. The community is governed by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements (CC&Rs). The HOA Board of Directors is responsible for upholding the CC&Rs and maintaining the common areas. Funds for maintenance and improvements come from quarterly assessments of each property within the community. The HOA board holds 3 to 4 meeting a year including the annual meeting. Notice is sent out via email. In addition to the Homeowners Association, Mesquite Ranch also has a Neighborhood Association (MRNA). Both associations have their own volunteer Boards of Directors consisting of members of the community. MRNA works closely with the city government as a liaison to our community.
