This is a home that cannot be judged by its cover because what you don't see has been upgraded: it has refrigerated air that was installed a few years ago & together with it a new heater was also installed; the front walls (where the sun hits the most) have been insulated with R-13; the roof was replaced a few years ago. And even though the cosmetics have not been updated, the house is in pristine condition. Call me to make an appointment!
