Owner covers garbage, cable, and WiFi. Tenant covers water, electrical, propane, firewood, and snow removal. Tenant must put water, electric, propane in their name for duration of lease. Tenant is required to purchase snow removal contract for the season. Ski lease starting November 1, 2026 or later. Preference for 6 month lease duration.
