Then, if applicable, a prorated first month's rent is required before the agreed occupancy date. The last month's rent is payable in 4 equal installments starting with the 2nd month of occupancy. A credit and background check is done on all adults living in the home. Dogs and cats welcome, no pet fee No aggressive dog breeds.
