There is an attached 2 car garage that is included in the lease. The guesthouse, located approximately 2 acres away from the main house may be occupied from time to time by the owner or owner's guests. Given the size of the property (just under 7 acres) and the distance from the main house, privacy for both the guest house and main house is well preserved.
