This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom trailer in a quite country setting with an inclined gravel driveway. Photos available by email. $700 month with $700 damage deposit and 6 month lease, rent will be due on the first of every month so the first month will be prorated to reflect that amount. Absolutely no pets allowed. It does have a large yard and if tennant cannot mow it themselves, we will take care of it but the monthly rent will be $750 for mowing services.
