Vaulted ceilings throughout the house. No AC needed in summer as house is usually 70 F inside when it is 95 F outside. The original wood burning fireplace was kept. Neighborhood Description: As of 2019 Mostly homeowners on this street. Only one renter that we know of. Quiet neighborhood with 6-7 families with kids in kindergarden and middle school. A couple of seniors on the block, but most mid 30's to early 40's. 5 mins from 101 freeway, 15 mins from 280 freeway.
