She's a tidy and quiet person who works at a plant nursery and doesn't party, though she does enjoy a drink every so often. Looking for clean and courteous roommates who work during the daytime, to rent month to month for the next year or two. We just moved into the house and are unpacking so don't have many photos at the moment. There is a nice back patio and walkable, friendly neighborhood. $800/month and utilities will be split evenly. 1. No smoking of tobacco on the premises. 2. No pets unless approved in writing. 3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. 4. Shared spaces (i.e. kitchen, living room, bathrooms) must be kept clean and organized. 5. Sublessee will participate in basic cleaning responsibilities for common areas. 6. No parties or disruptive behavior is permitted. 7. Tenants may park in the driveway on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is also available.
