There is a trail behind the apartments that leads straight into Whitnall Park/Wehr Nature Center. They provide little trash cans with poop bags for when you want to walk your dog. Everything is included in rent except for heat/air/electric which is inexpensive. When we move out, they do come in for about a week to flip the apartment and make sure it is ready for the new tenant. This includes deep cleaning the carpet and painting the walls.
