This is the kind of home that I love telling people to look around at other homes to compare, because you will come back to this one. For the features and amenities it has, along with its location and price, you will be very hard pressed to find a better value. This home was appraised for $194k when the current owner purchased it. Just don't take too long looking around because you might find yourself disappointed when this one sells quickly!
