Utilities and Maintenance Responsibility: No utilities are included. Tenant to pay all. 5. Property Use and Restrictions Occupancy Limits: up to 3 occupants per unit. Pets: no pets allowed. Alterations: No alterations are permitted. 6. Tenant Obligations Cleanliness: Require tenants to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition.
