    What's special

    Towering pines
Fifteen Cedarpines Park parcels have been combined totaling just shy of an acre of beautiful forested mountain land. Secluded setting, towering pines and plenty of space. There are 16 neighboring lots also for sale, that if purchased would make a nearly 2 acre package! See parcel map for details. The combined list price for all of these parcels is less than $50,000! Why so inexpensive? Cedarpines Park Mutual Water Co currently has a moratorium on new water shares. None of these parcels have water shares which means, as it stands you cannot get a water meter. There is no set date for the end of the moratorium. It would be a good idea to reach out directly to the water co for more info on that. Power served by Edison does run along the frontage, so at least there is that. This is really an amazing deal for an investor to purchase in hopes of someday developing or possibly for an appurtenant property owner to pick up.
