It is a pet friendly, there is a gym, community pool, complimentary car wash, dog park and party room that you can rent. Condo is located closed to Kennedy blvd and 275. Close to the malls (Westshore and International). We are asking for $1300 a month plus security deposit of $1300. There is an application fee per adult of $75 with the homeowner's association. You must make at least $3900 a month in income and have paystubs to prove it. You must pass the homeowners association application prior to move in. Pet are allowed, there is a pet breed restriction.
