    CORONAVIRUS PREVENTION PLAN We are listing the home FSBO (For Sale By Owner), as we have real estate backgrounds, having listed and sold numerous homes FSBO over the past two decades. Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, we are following the REAL ESTATE BEST PRACTICES GUIDELINES AND PREVENTION PLAN FOR SHOWINGS DURING COVID-19 -STAGE 2 EXPANSION, (CAR document BPPP publish date 5/25/20). These are the official guidelines published by the California Association of Realtors (CAR) in coordination with the California Department of Public Health (DPH). As a result of this guidance, we will not be having open house hours. Onsite tours will be by scheduled appointment only, and this will be strictly adhered to for safety. The home is a single level, and will be set up for a completely touchless walk-thru. You can see all parts of the property, inside and out, while keeping your family and ours safe. Per published guidelines from the DPH, anyone who intends to enter the home will need to fill out and sign the CORONAVIRUS PROPERTY ENTRY ADVISORY AND DECLARATION, then scan/email it to us PRIOR to arrival for the showing. Per your signed CORONAVIRUS PROPERTY ENTRY ADVISORY AND DECLARATION document, you and/or your realtor will be required to inform us of any change in condition after signing and submitting the document, and PRIOR to arrival for the showing. If you are working with a realtor, they will be able to provide this form for you. If you are not working with a Realtor, we can email you a copy of the required forms. Also, per the guidelines, we will provide a signed completed copy of the declaration to yourself and/or your agent prior to your arrival for the showing. Outside the home, rules for entry will be posted, and must be read prior to entry. By entering, you agree that you read the posted rules for entry and are willing to comply with all items listed, to include a contactless/touchless tour. The owner will not be in the property while you do your tour to be sure social distance is maintained. We will have hand sanitizer located throughout the property. We will provide booties, gloves, and individually wrapped masks which must be worn during the tour. We will provide a trash receptacle to throw used PPE items into upon your departure. We will follow disinfection protocol per published DPH guidelines between each showing.
