I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at College Park in the summer from May 1st to July 31st, with the option to sign on for the school year. Its a one bedroom place in the back of college park, very quiet, plenty of parking, third floor. It is of course fully furnished, but the bedroom is big enough to put my full bed in and still have plenty of room. The living room and bedroom have nice big windows that open out to look at campus. I was able to have a cat by signing a paper and giving them a pet deposit. It is $660 a month, so $1,980 for the summer. You pay electric and internet.They give you an option of including electricity in your monthly bill, but it's honestly not worth it. I've never paid more than $20 a month for utilities in warmer weather and I simply don't have internet to know how much it is. It's a really great deal, especially if you are looking for a bit of privacy over the summer. The security deposit is $660. Please excuse the mess, I'm in the middle of packing.
