The original home is over 100 years old. The original home was one bedroom cottage on pier and beam foundation no indoor plumbing.. The back porch was converted to indoor plumbing and an additional bedroom and family room were added. Extra Bath and extra bedroom reconstruction is incomplete remodel bath added. The roof leaked for 20 yrs causing major structural damage. Remodeling is incomplete. Appliances replaced in 2006, some replaced with new AC/ furice in 2019, but are now outdated as well. Original flooring heater receptors never removed. Jetted tub added but not installed properly with electric and now doesn't function..there are ceiling fans throughout. A new metal roof and siding were installed in 2019-2020. There is serious foundation issues with structural damage. The garage is an original cinder block gravel floor with serious structural issues, rodents and holes in the roof. Should market the land only and condemn the home if sold again
