A real classic Girdwood home. Painstakingly, updated since I purchased the house in 2014. Sincerely a questionable choice at the time but now we are trauma bonded and I can never completely part with it. I would love to find a responsible couple who will care for my home and enjoy the space over the winter months - 3 months minimum. About a mile from the day lodge and very close the the brewery. I'm not opposed to a dog (I have one myself) but we are a "no fetch inside" kinda place because the floors scratch very easily. Fully furnished, more or less as shown in the photos.
