Awesome location at a nice price. Right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills and just a short walk to the beach, Avalon Fishing Pier, and Awful Arthurs Oyster Bar. What more could you ask for in a beach house. This home has been owned by the same family since it was built in 1980 and has been lovingly cared for and maintained through the years. The Roof was just replaced in 2016 and the appliances are very recent also. We won't call this an "ocean view" home but you can see it from the deck.
