Retaining the original 8" exterior walls of cast concrete and gypsum block, the exterior of the building was finished with an elastomeric paint to withstand the West Texas climate. The kitchen boasts of new kitchen cabinets, along with new appliances, and includes a washer and a dryer. The remodeled baths include one bath with a tub/shower combination, while the second bath incorporates a large shower. The ceilings are 9-foot throughout for a spacious feeling. A fenced parking area, which pets might enjoy, is located at the back of each home. With the perfect location, only a half block off Highland Avenue, it has easy access to all of the attractions located in the center of Marfa.
