Commuting on the L is also an option, as a nice walk down Driggs Ave, and across McCarren, will get you to the Bedford L Train in under 10 minutes. If you have a bike, even better ... you'll get to the L in a couple minutes. Several great restaurants and locales are within a half block walk.
