The room is good sized, and the 4 bedrooms are nicely spread out throughout the house. Owner occupied upstairs. The three other bedrooms are currently occupied by three local young professionals; they are acquaintances in their late 20s and early 30s (male and female). They all hold full-time jobs and are respectful of each other in regards to noise, cleanliness, property, and personal space. The house is less than a mile walk to Quincy Center T-station, and a short walk to the supermarket, library, shops, gyms, and many new bars and restaurants in the up and coming Quincy Center area (see maps included in photos section). Also very close to the highway and Fore River Bridge for commuters. Layout: - 2 main floor bedrooms (the room for rent and one other) - Also on main floor: Shared full bathroom, living room, kitchen, and big back porch - 1 bedroom with half bath on basement level, washer/dryer also on basement level - 1 bedroom up a flight of stairs (still a part of the downstairs unit) - Large back yard Washer/dryer - In basement Parking - Finding on-street parking is never an issue Pets - Not allowed, sorry! Utilities - Water is included, the four tenants will split the utilities equally Rent - $600/month. First month, last month, and security deposit ($200) required upon move in ($1,400 total) Available - October 1, 2017 Duration - Tenant at Will agreement will be signed.
