All of our property owners require the following: 660+ credit score. You cannot have any foreclosures, bankruptcies, charge-offs, evictions, open collections, recent late payments or a criminal record. We will pull credit on all applicants and these baseline requirements would apply to all applicants. Income requirements: We need to verify via paystub or other form of documentation a net income of 3x the rental rate. For example, if the rental rate is $2,000 per month, we'd require a net monthly take home pay of $6,000 per month.
