Located at 106 Fremont Street. The house has wood floors upstairs and carpet downstairs. 3 bedrooms up stairs and one larger bedroom downstairs. All bedrooms have closets. Freshly painted inside as well! Attached garage that fits one car. We previously had some tenants that took very poor care of the house. So we are looking for someone that will be respectful, take care of the house and let us know immediately if they need something! Dog okay with non refundable deposit but no cats please. Tenant(s) pays for all utilities (gas, electricity, etc..) Ample space in the back yard and there is space to garden in the spring as well too. In the summer we will be replacing the grass in the front yard and making it look nice again. Let us know if you have questions. Owner responsible for all utilities. No smoking. Dog deposit $300 non refundable. One month rent deposit due the day of signing lease. Rent due every 1st of the month. Late fee will apply of $25 everyday that is late. Housing not accepted.
