Comfortable apartment available in my lovely house in magical Mountain Park. I am a quiet, mature single lady, I own and occupy rest of the property, and this is the only rental space. Your personal space is both private and very spacious, including a full kitchen with a gas range, fridge and dishwasher, and plenty of storage. Your private bathroom is quite large, with a washer & dryer, a tub/shower combo, and additional storage. You have 2 living spaces: A large living/dining area and a cozy den with a working wood-burning fireplace. Your bedroom is comfortable, with a window and French doors, and features an enormous closet. There is also a large studio or office with a glass door and another giant closet. Your own private entrance offers off-street parking just feet away. You'll have access to my fenced back yard, and a pet is acceptable as long it's quiet, clean and on flea control. Mountain Park is a unique and tiny (.5 sq mi) city in North Fulton county, surrounded on 3 sides by Roswell. The city is has 2 lakes, is heavily wooded, quiet, and entirely residential. There are no apartment complexes or other businesses in the city, and traffic is minimal. It's a designated Wildlife Refuge, and if you enjoy watching birds and deer you will love it here. Crime is virtually non-existent; my neighbors can and do walk the beautiful streets pre-dawn and after dark in perfect safety. It's like living in the country, but you can be on Highway 92 in Roswell in 5 minutes. The monthly cost is the base rent of $1650 plus one half of the household utilities: gas, electric, water/sewer, and internet/television. Please no illegal drugs or excessive alcohol use, and absolutely no smoking in the house. 12 months
