We are located only a quarter mile from the marina with boat launch, bait, fuel, fish cleaning station, and Bar & Grill, less than a mile from a Dollar General, and in walking distance of a playground & church. We are located 24 minutes south of the Global Venture LNG Project and open to all inclusive monthly rentals. Our favorite perks of this camp are the covered boat parking with electricity, fast wifi, and reclining sofas after a day on the water. 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom trailer with washer & dryer in laundry room. The living room has two oversized couches with 4 reclining seats, a large flat screen tv, and opens to the full-size kitchen with bar seating and dining room table. Outdoors is a large secure front deck with propane grill. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The middle room has a full size bed, and the back bedroom has 2 twin-over full bunk beds. This camp sleeps 10 comfortably. Monthly rentals are all inclusive and include furniture, electricity, water, trash, lawn care, and internet (Starlink). Tenant must provide their own streaming service for the smart TV.
