Note, this is a very small studio (a nohana with a private entrance and your own parking space) That said, it is a gardener's dream and it would be all yours! There is a toaster oven, a hot plate, and a fridge, and also your own washer and dryer. Also, this comes with a lightly used queen bed (we bought it for our guest bedroom so it saw limited use) if needed.
