House has large living room with oversized bedrooms. Also has a formal dinning room that can be used as a 3rd bedroom or as a office if needed. The home offers a galley kitchen as well as onsite washer and dryer hookup. There are a few minor repairs, but the house will be ready to go at the beginning of the new year.
