This location is ideal for any JMU students, faculty, young professionals, or other responsible and respectful tenants. The units available, 106 and 108, are relatively new, modern town-homes. Each unit opens to a versatile common space, which leads into a full, spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space. There are four bedrooms: two upstairs and two in the basement, each of which shares a bathroom. These town-homes also feature a large, open laundry room with a washer, dryer and sink. Both of these homes have a two-car garage, as well as plenty of private parking spaces. Pets: We do not accept known aggressive breeds.
