    6 adjacent lots 4 Bay front! It was the first development on the Penninsula in the 1849 gold rush! They built 5 casinos ,and a 300ft commercial dock ,to dock the paddle boat! (photos included ) 320 ft of frontage! Then in the early 1950es Bay Shore acers was built as a mill town housing development, these lots are the prime ones! The day for man took one and drilled a 150ft well ,he hit gas,and tryed to burn it off for 6 months with no reduction in its 6ft high flame,so he capped it and hooked it up to his house,it blew up 2 days later! The mill owner commissioned an illegal syzmigrafic study and discovered a massive oil reserve of 351.5 million barrels of fish oil( light sweet crude) this land is the only one over it!! So he ( A K Wilsom uzed mill scrapes to fill in the bay at the end of his mill land and then had access to it! He applied for a permit to extract it ,he was turned down ,since it was on illegal fill,then his mill burned down and he moved on! No one new it was there!!! But I meet the Arco employee that borrowed the equipment to do the study ,he said he would want to tell me something if I promest not to do anything about it for 10yrs ,that when he showed me the map! I ran Bay View rentals there for 20yrs ,now I'm ready to retire!!!! There are 17 addresses here now the land just needs to be cleared of the old house sits! Oil right not included at asking price, will be included for additional $2.5M.
